Rand Paul to “find a way” to vote yes. Presidency -  Muhammadu Buhari to spend 4 days in London -  Buhari's spokesperson,  Femi Adesina has confirmed that the president has arrived in London  - Adesina said Buhari will spend four days but did not state Buhari's Visit to London           President Muhammadu Buhari is to spend four days in London before returning to Nigeria, his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, has confirmed.     From Adesina’s confirmation, President Buhari is expected to return back to Nigeria on Monday, September 25.      The Punch reports that Adesina did not give the actual reason Buhari is in London.       “We just landed in London.
