Mr David Ayele, APC candidate for Obi 11 State Constituency seat in Nasarawa State, who was abducted in his house, Sunday morning, has quoted his captors as saying that they were given N3 million to kill him. “My kidnappers told me that they were given N3 million to kill me; they told me that they refused to carry out the order because they discovered that I am a good man,” Ayele told newsmen on Thursday in Jos. The politician, who was abducted by unknown gunmen in front of his house in Lafia, was recovered on Wednesday by personnel of the Special Task Force (STF), maintaining peace on the Plateau. President Muhammadu Buhari was on Thursday accused by the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organization, of plotting to rig the 2019 election “with illegal polling centers from Chad and Niger”. US President Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen delivered a blistering attack on his former boss as he was sentenced to three years in prison on Wednesday for multiple crimes.  “It was my duty to cover up his dirty deeds,” Cohen said as he pleaded for leniency before US District Judge William H. Pauley III.   Cohen, 52, said he was taking responsiblity for his crimes “including those implicating the President of the United States of America.”  Cohen’s lawyers had asked for no jail time after he pleaded guilty to tax evasion, making false statements to a financial institution, illegal campaign contributions, and making false statements to Congress.    Mr. Ibrahim Usman Jibril, the Minister of State for Environment has resigned his position. He tendered his resignation on Wednesday at the ongoing Federal Executive Council presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari. His resignation is coming days after his emergence as Emir of Nasarawa. Jibrin was appointed as the Minister of State for Environment in December 2015 when the council was constituted after being screened and confirmed by the Senate Governor Tanko Almakura of Nassarawa State had also approved the minister’s selection.    An upcoming Ugandan Singer, identified as “San Yo” got stuck while he was copulating with a married woman in Ugandan. According to reports from Ugandan blogs, the lovers who were in for a fun round of sexual intercourse in one local lodge, were shocked when their copulation turned out to be a tragedy, as they failed to detach after they were finished with their business. Prosecutors may finally have the evidence they need to impeach Donald Trump. There’s even talk of him serving jail time. Donald Trump may be in serious trouble. For the first time ever, the US leader has been linked to a federal crime, and now there’s even talk that he could face jail time over it. “There’s a very real prospect that on the day Donald Trump leaves office, the Justice Department may indict him.      Controversial Catholic priest of Enugu Adoration Ministry, Rev. Fr.
