BREAKING: Bandits Attacks Senator Marafa’s Sister

– The elder sister of Senator Kabir Marafa (Zamfara central), Ade Marafa, was on Tuesday, February 5, murdered by some bandits
– An aide to the senator, Abubakar Tsafe, revealed that the killers numbering about 100, also kidnapped the husband of Ade Marafa
– Tsafe further disclosed that the attackers raided and burnt down houses around Ade’s residence in the Gusau local government area
Some unknown gunmen have killed Ade Marafa, elder sister of Senator Kabir Marafa (Zamfara central) and kidnapped her husband.
Abubakar Tsafe, an aide to the senator, who confirmed tragedy said the bandits stormed the home of Ade Marafa located in the Gusau local government area on Tuesday, February 5.
Tsafe revealed that the killers were not less than 100, adding that they razed and raided houses in the village, The Cable reports.
The aide said: “More than half of Ruwan Bore village has been burnt by the bandits. The villagers are now seeking refuge at Mada, a neighbouring community.”

Furthermore, Tsafe remarked that so far, the whereabouts of the senator’s in-law is yet unknown.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng wrote on a reported attack by suspected bandits on some villages in Gandhi district of Rabah local government area of Sokoto state has led to the deaths of 26 persons.
Warwana, Tabkin Kwasa and Dutsi villages were attacked on Sunday, January 13, by bandits who arrived on 25 motorcycles, each carrying three bandits.
Eyewitnesses said the bandit started attacking the communities around 5pm. Those said to be displaced by the attacks have reportedly been taken to a displaced persons camp in Gandhi town.
