Rand Paul to “find a way” to vote yes. The Senate is scheduled next week to vote on another plan to repeal and replace ObamaCare, the Cassidy-Graham bill, which like other previous attempts this year by the GOP-controlled chamber appears a few votes shy of passage. “I know Rand Paul and I think he may find a way to get there for the good of the Party!” Trump said Saturday morning in one of several tweets. The Senate has until Sept. 30 to pass the bill with a simple, 51-vote majority under the so-called “budget reconciliation” procedure. Republicans have 52 members in the Senate. However GOP Sens.
