Buhari Arrives London, To Recieve Medical Treatment
President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday arrived London after attending the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The president is expected to meet his doctors today in London for medical treatment. A report by Punch newspaper said President Buhari’s media aide, Femi Adesina stated the President will return to Nigeria on Monday. A senior aide to the President had also reported that he would undergo an extensive medical checkup. The results of that checkup would determine the schedule of his return to Abuja.
President Buhari returned to Nigeria from the UK on August 19th 2017 after spending 104 days receiving medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment. Our source said the president requires “total blood transfusions from time to time.”
